Part One of the Floor Saver System

Part One of the PROTECRETE Floor Saver System® waterproofs the concrete from the inside out. It is easily spray applied onto the bare concrete slab and travels deep into the concrete, forming a gel-like barrier within the concrete that keeps the excess moisture from moving through the slab. This barrier is a permanent, 100% solid colloidal gel, meaning the moisture problem is solved once and for all.

Even under the most severe conditions like hydrostatic pressure, moisture will not enter the concrete slab. The concrete slab will become so dense and so tight, that moisture levels will be reduced to acceptable levels.

Part One is what balances the pH levels, giving added life to the adhesive you choose.
