Part Two of the Floor Saver System

As an added protection and good bonding surface for the materials on top of the concrete, Part Two is rolled or squeegeed on once the Part One application is complete. Once cured, Part Two forms a tough membrane that the moisture wouldn’t dare come through!

The membrane becomes incredibly hard yet retains elastomeric properties between 100% and 300%. This means it doesn’t get brittle or eventually dissolved in water (or chemicals contained in your adhesive).

Part Two has excellent bonding qualities. When the Floor Saver System® is properly installed, calcium chloride test readings will be at levels of most (if not all) flooring manufacturers’ specifications. Protection of the floor will continue through the life of the concrete slab.
