For great concrete, you’ll want to start at the beginning . . . the batch plant. We offer an additive which provides extraordinary durability and consistent performance:

Mix Water Conditioner is added to the mix water (before the water is added to anything else). It creates significantly better hydration of the portland cement which in turn creates a much higher quality concrete. The loads are consistent, workability and finishability are excellent, and your trucks will be a breeze to clean out. (It is also highly compatible with other additives and admixtures.)

Then to cure and waterproof we recommend either of the following economical, simple-to-use products:

This completely safe, spray-on waterproofer can be applied as soon as the finishers come off. There’s no need for expensive membranes or compounds which much be removed prior to sealing. That also means there’s no need to wait 28 days or longer to protect your concrete. You’ll benefit from significant savings in labor costs alone.

This product provides the same benefits as the Densifier, above, but adds an invisible subsurface sealer which provides additional repellence to the surface. Water will bead up for several weeks following treatment, but the repellence lasts for years. Makes snow and ice removal easy.
