This path was 30 feet wide and
placed in a 500-yard continuous
pour with absolutely no stopping.

The finishers still had enough
cream to close the top, despite
the weather.

 

The go-cart racetrack pictured at left was a mile long. It was poured in one day under both hot and windy conditions. But the results were excellent.

The bumper boat pool was poured without control joints. Again, it was poured with excellent results.

Although the boom was coming down at a 90 degree angle, there was no segregation of the mix.

The job was poured without air entrainment, yet there was a consistent 1.7-1.8% entrapped air throughout the pour.

On a 517-pound, 3000 psi mix design, the one-day cylinder breaks were 1980 psi and 2340 psi. The 28-day cylinder breaks were averaging 4801 psi, 4368 psi, 4916 psi, 4527 psi and 5641 psi.
