This
path was 30 feet wide and
placed in a 500-yard continuous
pour with absolutely no stopping.

The
finishers still had enough
cream to close the top, despite
the weather.

The
go-cart racetrack pictured at left was a mile long. It was poured in one day under both
hot and windy conditions. But the results were excellent. The bumper boat pool was poured
without control joints. Again, it was poured with excellent results.
Although the boom was
coming down at a 90 degree angle, there was no segregation of the mix.
The job was poured without
air entrainment, yet there was a consistent 1.7-1.8% entrapped air throughout the pour.
On a 517-pound, 3000 psi
mix design, the one-day cylinder breaks were 1980 psi and 2340 psi. The 28-day cylinder
breaks were averaging 4801 psi, 4368 psi, 4916 psi, 4527 psi and 5641 psi.
