The Museum of Science and Industry was building a brand new 600,000 square foot multi-level underground parking garage, right in the heart of Chicago.

A. Epstein & Sons, their engineers, were long aware of Densifier plus Repeller's curing and protection abilities and specified the product for this job.

As soon as the finishers came off, the product was applied, reducing the shrinkage cracking to minimal proportions.

The garage is now fully underground covered by a nice, grassy area. The concrete inside looks great and will stay that way for a very, very long time.
