The owners of this parking deck had to apply a sealer because the previous sealer had worn away from use and the ultraviolet rays on the top floor.

They chose to use the Densifier products so they could save money in the long run, which enabled them to use future maintenance dollars to instead build an additional building.

The vice president of the building’s management company didn’t believe that Densifier could push out the chlorides and came to the first application, which was the entrance ramp. After it turned white almost immediately, the vice president became a believer.
